You, the client, can ask for commercial use for an additional fee.I as the artist CAN:
◉ Post the artwork online on any website, post work in progress, working on streams, UNLESS you, the client, ask me to keep the commission private.
◉ Use the artwork for my portfolio.You as the client CAN:
◉ Post the finished artwork on any websites, giving credit to me.
◉ Use the artwork as an avatar/icon, giving credit to me.
◉ Print the artwork for personal use.
◉ Ask for Commercial Use (for an additional price)You as the client CAN'T:
◉ Use the work commercially (sell, redistribute, or reproduce my art) in any way without prior permission.
◉ Remove my signature, recolor, trace or alter my work in any way without written permission.
◉ Use my art to train Artificial Intelligence (AI)
◉ Use my art for NFT
◉ Pretend my artworks are yours in any wayPAYMENT
◉ Methods: I accept PayPal or Bank Transfer (SEPA)
◉ Upfront paymentREFUND
I have the right to refuse a commission under any circumstances, providing or not a reason for rejecting it.
Refund policy:
◉ Cancellation from the artist: 100% refund
◉ Cancellation from the client, artwork not started: 100% refund
◉ Cancellation from the client, approved sketch: NO refund
